I do not take a commission on items you sell
I am not a trash removal company
I am not a cleaning service

Rates:

An hourly rate plus a travel fee:

Hourly rate: $40/hour with a 4-hour minimum per session

Travel fee: maximum $1 per one-way mile from my home to yours -i.e., if you live 30 miles away, the travel fee is a maximum of $30 per session. (The fee may be less under varied circumstances, such as longer sessions, sequential days, regular sessions.)
